PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CATALOGUE

ORDERS

Customers can choose the products and services they wish to buy via an electronic catalogue, confirming their order via a secure payment or sending their order to ALTA via an order form available on the site and to be validated in accordance with instructions.

SALES PRICE

The prices of products and services invoiced are those contained in the electronic catalogue at the time of the order.

DELIVERY DEADLINE

Products and services are normally delivered by express parcel service and tracked parcel service to the address indicated by the customer within a timeframe of 3 to 5 business days. The dispatcher reserves the right to use any other means of delivery, subject to respect for the agreed deadlines and costs. Delivery deadlines may vary in the event of transport difficulties, stock shortages or holiday periods, which will then be notified by e-mail to the customer. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. For international deliveries, depending on the products and regions, deadlines may vary by several weeks.

RESERVATIONS

The customer must ensure that the delivery has arrived in good condition. In the event of observed or assumed damage, the customer is responsible for making any reservations to the haulage company and informing ALTA by recorded delivery with a request for notification of receipt within no more than 48 hours.

UNAVAILABILITY

ALTA shall seek to meet the needs of customers and fulfil their orders for products and services. However, ALTA has no obligation to accept all orders, and may not incur liability vis a vis the customer due to later delivery or temporary or permanent unavailability of products and services.

RETURNS

We undertake to provide full satisfaction in respect of all of our products and services. Pursuant to legislation governing mail order sales in force for online sales, you have the right to return any article within 30 days of the delivery date, being reimbursed the full price of the article in question (delivery costs will not be reimbursed). Nevertheless, articles not meeting your expectations must be returned to us as new in their original packaging.

FORCE MAJEURE

ALTA's liability may not be incurred in the event of force majeure such as strikes, fire, natural disasters, or any other such event, this list not being exhaustive.

PAYMENT

Payment of products and services may be made by bank cheque made out to ALTA, subject to all necessary checks. Until effective receipt of full payment, ALTA remains the owner of delivered products which have not been paid for, and reserves the right to retrieve them by any means at its disposal in the absence of definitive breach of payment.

GUARANTEE

ALTA products are guaranteed.

DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTY

Customers have a right of access, modification and deletion of data concerning them (art. 34 of the Data Processing Act).

To exercise these rights, please contact ALTA, 23, rue de l´Ecole Normale, 47000 Agen FRANCE. The only information received in the form of a cookie or e-mail concerns references to products and services ordered and a randomly generated ID number.

DISPUTES

In the event of dispute, the parties choose address of service at the Commercial Court, 47000 AGEN FRANCE.

OPERATION "Site appraisal – Premium site"

Your purchase from Alta-cuir gives you the right of participating in the "site appraisal - premium site" operation organised by FIA-NET S.A.

Through two satisfaction surveys, the aim of which is to measure the quality of service you have received during the purchasing process, you can let us know your personal experience and share it with the online community on the FIA-NET website.

These surveys may be sent to you by FIA-NET or Alta-cuir by e-mail following your purchase. The information collected by these two surveys will be subject to automatic data processing under the responsibility of FIA-NET S.A.

Partial responses or the failure to response to either questionnaire will not affect your order and its processing.

FIA-NET S.A. and Alta-cuir are the recipients of personal data collected as part of these satisfaction surveys.

Non personal data will be used by FIA-NET pursuant to regulations in force, and in particular that pertaining to the protection of personal data.

Pursuant to the Data Processing Act of 6 January 1978 you have, at any time, a right of access, rectification and opposition to all of your personal data by writing, by mail, and providing evidence of your identity, to:
